Charlotte

I love working with LDCA; I get a lot of satisfaction knowing that we are able to help people in the local community. 

Charlotte is one of the Advice Session Supervisors meaning that she oversees the volunteer advisers on a daily basis. Advisers are able to sense check their advice to clients with her and she is responsible for making sure the response given is independent, correct and backed up by credible sources. Charlotte keeps on top of the admin that makes each advice session go smoothly, so that advisers and clients are getting the most out of their time.
