Rachel

Rachel is the Business Resources Manager at Lewes District Citizens Advice. She joined the organisation in 2023, initially supporting administration and managing the Household Support Fund. Her role has since expanded to include leading on Health & Safety, supporting the Trustee Board, and overseeing key operational functions.

As Business Resources Manager, Rachel ensures compliance with regulations, maintains up-to-date policies and procedures, manages supplier relationships, and supports financial processes such as procurement and invoicing. Rachel also plays a key role in governance, coordinating Trustee and Cabinet meetings.

With a background in managing central services, Rachel brings strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative approach to her work. Passionate about helping others, she thrives as part of a committed and caring team dedicated to supporting the local community.
