Meet your Rural Outreach Team

Need a Helping Hand? Meet Your Local Citizens Advice Team!
Life can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, especially when you are dealing with complicated paperwork, money worries, or unexpected changes. If you need some help, support, or just a bit of friendly advice, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
The team at Lewes District Citizens Advice (LDCA) is bringing their Rural Outreach drop-in sessions straight to your community. As an independent charity completely separate from the government, LDCA's main goal is to support people living in rural areas right where they live.
What Can We Help With?
Nicole and Jacob are on hand to offer completely free, friendly, impartial, and confidential advice. No problem is too big or too small. They can help you make sense of complex issues and find a way forward with:
Money & Essentials: Managing debt, dealing with income worries, and tackling food or energy poverty.
Home & Work: Navigating housing issues and understanding employment rights.
Daily Life & Wellbeing: Sorting out welfare benefits, relationship issues, consumer concerns, and much more.
No Appointment Needed – Just Pop In!
We know that getting to a main office can be tough, especially if transport is limited, you aren't online, or you are managing physical or mental health challenges. That is why we provide 3-hour face-to-face drop-in sessions right in your neighbourhood.
There is absolutely no need to book an appointment. Whether you have a specific question or just don't know where to turn, everyone is welcome.
Keep an eye out for our next local session and pop along for a chat. Nicole and Jacob are ready to welcome you!
