LEWES DISTRICT CITIZENS ADVICE - ADVICE SESSION SUPERVISOR
30 hours per week (over 4 days) Job share considered
Salary: £27,344 - £29, 439 pa full time, pro rata for part time
(NJC scale point 18-22), depending on experience.

We are looking for an Advice Session Supervisor to join our supervisor team.
You will be supervising and supporting both volunteers and paid staff on a daily basis as well as managing the practicalities of our day-to-day advice and information sessions. You will need to be a confident, proactive problem-solver who remains calm in a very busy environment. The role involves providing support and back-up to the advisers and also quality control of the advice given, along with prioritising workload and managing the team.
